Escuela Cristiana para Niņos Sordos "Manos Felices" (Happy Hands Christian School for Deaf Children) is sowing the seed for a new generation of Deaf Hondurans. Through Happy Hands, these children are learning to communicate in the classroom and with their families. They are learning that their deafness is not something to be ashamed of ... that they are equal in God's eyes. They are learning that God loves them and has a future planned for them as Deaf Hondurans.

Once your first donation is made, you will then receive a picture and details about a Happy Hands student. Sponsorship for new children as well as many of the current students is urgently needed in order to meet tuition and instructional expenditures. Despite the fact that Happy Hands is the only accredited school for the Deaf in Honduras, it receives no governmental support or subsidies and relies solely on sponsorships and monthly support.
